After reinstalling or uninstalling the system, unnecessary or invalid boot entries may remain in the boot menu. You can delete or edit them by opening the system configuration window. To do this, press Win + R and enter msconfig. Also, you can change the display time of the selection menu and assign a system that will boot by default if several are used.
